5 /5 Gary Golden: I was referred to Nick after searching for months to find someone to make a custom bezel for my coin. The process was very simple. I came in with my own idea on how I wanted the final product to look. So after talking to Nick he asked that I send him the photos. After it was finished it looked exactly like I was hoping for. Their pricing is the best in town. The timeline I was told would be 4-5 weeks from start to finish and to my surprise it was exactly he had it finished in exactly that. I’m extremely satisfied with their professionalism as well as their customer serviceand will be continuing my business with them moving forward. Everyone is full of smiles and not a single person made me feel forced into. It was definitely a no pressure sell environment which in my option is hard to find these days. Thank you guys.

I purchased my first Rolex from these guys and when I say it was the best purchase I’ve ever made, I mean just that!! I will not be going anywhere else. Every last guy in there treated me nice and didn’t rush me. They answered every question I had. I’m so happy with my purchase!!

Jerry McElroy: This team is truly amazing. From the very beginning, with the initial meeting with Daniel, to working with Matt and Kaitlyn to receiving the final product was an amazing experience. I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.
