Just what I wanted. Fits so perfect and looks amazing. I cant take my eyes off of it haha. He walked me around his shop and showed me the whole process. It was a really cool experience. He even let me help out a bit on my OWN bracelet which I thought was awesome! If you have been to Matts shop, you know he is a genuine person. He explained that the end prong was almost completely torn, so he rebuilt it in a stronger profile style to prevent the same issue from happening again. He also reinforced another prong, kept the design consistent, and even straightened the head since it had been a little crooked. My ring looks beautiful, feels secure, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail he put into the repair. Highly recommend!

greg yavicoli: This place ripped me off. Cancelled an order, was supposed to get a refund almost 2 months ago. Had email conversations with them confirming this, then they just stop responding to emails mid march. Sent several follow up emails with delivery receipts so I know they got them, even asking them to just send the item if they arent going to refund me. Have been calling several times daily for 6 weeks straight. Phone just rings and rings, no message, and cant leave voice mail. I even tried calling from five different phone numbers and two different email addresses, so no excuses will work, I saved all my emails, phone records, and receipt. Had to file claim and dispute with paypal, and filed complaint with BBB. Pure and simple, I was scammed. Stay away!
