She took the time to show me everything I was looking for and offered to clean one of my necklaces. Also, I forgot one of my rings and she came to the parking lot to give it to me. This is the first time that I have had the best experience with a professional customer service in one of their stores. Thank you, Samantha!

Natalie Marroquin Jared’s just earned a lifetime customer! My engagement rings is so beautiful.The jewelry is truly exquisite and Jared’s customer service is amazing. Sheila, Nathanael, and Meredith did such an amazing job at helping me out when I went to get my ring sized and picked up. Their protection plan is actually beneficial compared to other jewelry places I’ve shopped at. Definitely worth every dollar.

Gwen Richardson I’m not sure why I went back other than being convenient (closer to where I live).because all the times I’ve been here they are very rude. They have never fixed my jewelry claiming it’s not worth fixing. I’ve taken 7 watches to get batteries replaced and it was fine. This time I decided to replace my own watch battery and then cldnt get back on. I did bend it trying to get it on but he did not need to give me the third decree and treat a 61 yr old woman like a 5 yr old. I definitely will not be going back!!!

Brittany Jimenez Took my Tiffany & Co necklace to be repaired. Went to pickup and they lost the heart with a diamond on it. They “found” it and didn’t seen in any urgency to repair it. Ask to talk to the “manager” & was rude & didn’t apologize I had to ask her for an apology. Will not be returning there.

Alicia Spencer Took my jewelry in for their regular clean/inspections. Faye got it done quickly and brought back the sparkle. I inquired about their trade in program and between Faye and Consuelo, they helped me leave with a new piece of jewelry. Theyre friendly and so helpful. Will always return to this location for all my jewelry needs.
