1 /5 Grace White: The workers are nice enough when you speak to them but the actual quality I received was terrible. I paid nearly $90 to have a string of pearls restrung, asking to keep the original clasp and tie structure, and when I was returned my necklace there were no ties between the pearls after the tie to the clasp. My original necklace had ties between each of the first five pearls following each end of the clasp and then a tie every 4-5 pearls. Absolutely unacceptable for a 90 dollar repair, ties between every or every few pearls is necessary to prevent rubbing and damage or loss should the necklace break again, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it did. The so called “pearl specialist” truly must have thought that I was a dumb college student who could be scammed for a few extra bucks. Unfortunately I only noticed the issues after I left the store and have resolved to never go back. Do not recommend for fine jewelry repair, if they can mess up something as simple as pearls, they can certainly make more expensive mistakes. If I could give zero stars I would.
