1 /5 D Vasq: After walking away with receipt of Purchased of what they agree to order for me. Keep in mind that I had to paid them the money first and it had to be approved by the owner before they would place the order. Later, the owner calls me about an hour or so to tell me that they forgot to charge me $150 dollars more for shipping and insurance for 2 Oz of gold. Unbelievable ‼️ Stay away !!! Forgot to mentioned that shipping and handling, as well as , the insurance are normally free.

1 /5 Roberto Davila: After paying for my pendant 2 weeks later eduardo calls and asks if he can add more weight to my pendant we agreed on a certain number and when I went to pick it up his wife told me that I had pay a lot more than what eduardo the "CEO" and I had agreed on due to the jeweler charging them more which is something that should had come out of their pockets they have been taking advantage of the citizens of laredo for far too long .....shame on them .they dont have the maturity to be in the gold business. Thieves .

1 /5 Karol Gonzalez: If I could give them zeros stars I would.So I Had bought a chain with them. The receipt has a certain length and weight. so When i went to pick it up they were charging me more than what the actual receipt said. The excuse was that chains are hand made and not all come out the exact same way. So mine weighted more than was it supposed to. THEY ARE JUST A SCAM ALL OVER!!PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!

I was very surprised at how fast I was attended, within minutes I was out the door with my new watch ready to flex! Can’t wait to go next time for more business and a really nice conversation with who attended me!

They are decently priced and only carry the highest quality merchandise. They make the best custom made items, and if you ever find yourself with ANY piece of jewelry that needs fixing, but you just dont know who you can trust, well this is the place to go to. Trust me, I was in just that kind of bind.
