Mariasofia was extremely helpful with navigating options and making great selections, including reaching out to other locations to find select items. She was knowledgeable, very patient, and made this visit easy (for someone that doesnt shop jewelery reguarly). Confident in my purchase today and happy with the overall experience.

5 /5 Melodi Moore: Always a pleasure to visit the Kendra Scott store at Baybrook Mall and absolutely love the new larger location. I visited on a busy summer Saturday afternoon to buy a thank you gift for someone who has helped me set up an out of state event. I didn’t know the age of the person or what she would like, but I really like to promote Texas brands and am a huge Kendra Scott fan. I received so much help and was able to get a really nice gift within my budget with the help of Elonie, Isaac and Hannah at the color bar. I made sure the manager, who you can tell does a fantastic job, about the attention and thoughtful appreciation to the customer by those she manages how enjoyable my experience was and now I want to share it with you. Worth a trip to the store versus ordering online. Thank you all!

5 /5 Yesenia: Had a color bar party for my birthday at this location. Noehmi and Iszach are amazing!! We had so much fun choosing our jewelry. This location has always been my go to and will continue to be my favorite.
