1 /5 izzy ramone: I came is Saturday to shop with my niece and it was very overwhelming. It was really busy and the old lady in glasses was too busy yelling at her employee with the purple hair, vs servicing the mass amount of customers in the store. The poor girl she was yelling at was almost in tears and the other girl with the red hair was having to run the store all by herself. When the girl she was yelling at walked into the backroom, she followed her and left the other girl alone in a busy store. I stayed in the store for over 20 minutes after that and the poor girl was just so overwhelmed. I want to give her a 5 star rating for keeping to together. She handled everything even with the yelling coming from the backroom. I really hope its not a Claires custom to treat their employees like this.

Dominic Mokry: SCAM! BEWARE! Went to Fredericksburg for my birthday and saw some cool knives in their window. Decided to go in and treat myself to a nice present. The salesperson told me the knives were $190 and that he could sell them to me for $130. In hindsight I should’ve already known that it’s sketchy. He told me the knives were made in Arizona and that I could look up the maker to see for myself. I really wish I had checked right then and there. He ended up selling one to me for $120. After I got home I decided to look up the knife and to my dismay found out that the exact same knife is being sold by the manufacturer for $28 with free shipping. I felt so ripped off and of course they have a no return policy. After this experience I would never feel confident buying anything there ever again. Horrible that people in what seemed to be a respectable venue would take advantage of people like that.

Everything is just breathtaking. id go back to Fredericksburg just to come back to this place. 10/10 in everything you can think of. My mom and I truly enjoyed this shopping experience.

Russell Rivers: These folks are truly wonderful and talented people. I first bought a custom initials ring from them at the Houston livestock show and Rodeo a few years ago and was heartbroken when I lost it. Well for my birthday today I decided to make the trip to Fredericksburg to get a replacement. After hearing that we had driven from Houston just to buy a ring from them they offered to wave the sales tax as well as include a free cleaning cloth. She also offered water and snacks for the drive back. I had a great experience and the hospitality as well as the quality of the ring made it well worth the trip. My wife and I can’t say enough about this place. If you want an authentic piece of handmade Texan jewelry then you need to look here!

Megan Allemand: Just know the small pizza is actually only 7.5 inches once baked…I’d call it kids sized. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the only disappointment of the dinner- everyone’s chicken fried chicken was very bland and hardly seasoned. The coleslaw was “mayo based” but extremely sour like vinegar may also be a part of the mixture. Everyone’s consensus was that we likely won’t come here for dinner again.

Justin Osowski: I’m skeptical by nature. Went in to the Fredericksburg location with the wife. Began talking with Kean and he offered to put two of their test patches on my back (where I have had constant pain for years). He explained to me the way their frequency jewelry works, and where it benefits us in our normal life. My wife and I walked around for the rest of the day, and my back felt like I was 15 years younger. Went back the next day and bought one of their tungsten frequency bracelets. Looking forward to seeing the improvements in my overall pain. I know the six hour drive home was a LOT better than the drive down! Kean is very knowledgeable, helpful, and upfront. The store is very nice and prices are very reasonable. Will visit next time we are in town. Also plan on getting a cross necklace for our 16 year old who is super active in sports.
