1 /5 Shelby Skero: I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Kendra Scott location in University Parks Village. From the moment I walked in, it was clear I was being judged based on my appearance. Because I wasn’t dressed up, the staff seemed to assume I wasn’t worth their time. They were rude, dismissive, and offered no genuine assistance.
I had made a purchase during the 25% off promotion, but when I came to this location for help, they completely brushed me off. Instead of resolving my issue, they told me to go to another store and claim that this location had approved giving me my money back so I could re-purchase my items. When in fact they did not even talk to the ladies at the Clearfork location. It was clear they just didn’t want to deal with me, which was both inconvenient and unprofessional.
In stark contrast, the team at the Clearfork location was absolutely amazing. They were welcoming, respectful, and made sure I got everything I needed without any hassle or judgment. The difference in customer service between these two locations couldn’t have been more obvious. The University Parks Village staff should take a lesson from Clearfork on how to treat their customers with kindness and professionalism.
This experience has left me seriously reconsidering whether I want to support Kendra Scott in the future. No one deserves to be treated the way I was at the University Parks Village location.
