1 /5 Erin T: This location seems to be very discriminative. Many reviews have said this below if you read through it. First time visiting the store yesterday which was on my four nieces Christmas list. Wasnt much people in here around 11am two Caucasian ladies on the counter did not greet me when i came in just looked at me. I was walking around trying to find the certain items on the list since i didnt know first time in the store. Another lady comes out from the back door she looks at me and goes to the front and helps a Caucasian lady. No one not once asked me if i needed help. I left and went across to James Avery. Immediately upon entry "Good morning, how are you what are you looking for" I told the lady my experience my KS help me find some beautiful pieces. It was a lovely experience at James Avery and i spent about $3,000 on all sorts of jewelry for my four nieces all beautifully wrapped for Christmas. Never judge a book by its cover. I am a licensed attorney and have three businesses. Good luck Kendra Scott train your staff to stop profiling customers and treat everyone with the decency and respect they deserve.
