5 /5 Jontelle Mclellan: Business was handled well. I went to pick up an order then when I arrived I purchased some more items. Had them installed as well as got a few items cleaned and they were ready at the time I was told to come back and pick everything up. Trish, the sales rep is such a sweetheart. Its always a pleasure to be served by her each time I shop at the Rosenberg location.

1 /5 Yesenia Garcia: This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had today July 30th didn’t get her name but she was wearing a red top short Caucasian female with wavy black hair. The employee spent the entire interaction rolling her eyes and acting like every customer was an inconvenience. Her attitude was downright nasty and completely unprofessional. When people who had pick ups coming to her she would be like “of course” and rolls her eyes. People like this are the reason customers don’t want to come back, management seriously needs to rethink who they have representing their business.

3 /5 Jailyn F: Thao was rude. Bad customer service. This was ky first time picking up my rings from getting cleaned, I wasn’t informed on the exact process. Thao looked at me foolish when I got up to her booth and didn’t know the proper steps to pick up my rings.

1 /5 Danielle Roy: Do not go if you’re expecting good customer service. Convenience yes, but for good customer service go to First Colony. We were rushed when trying to purchase, and after we purchased, we went to pick up the bracelet and the employee made it seem like an inconvenience to look for the item we saw last night and wanted to buy. Not sure who does the hiring, but please look for customer service skills and not just someone wanting a paycheck.
