I asked a lot of questions, and she was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable, never once making me feel rushed. Ana was phenomenal as she helped me to make some wise choices as to what piece to replace my necklace as it was so small and gave me a better option to replace the necklace. Along with that I was able to get two more pieces of jewelry one as a gift to a friend and one for me. Thank you for all your help!!! I highly recommend Ana and Kay Jewelers. I recently had a situation where my watch was not able to be fixed but because I hand a guarantee they so gladly worked with me to find a replacement and once again the staff at Kay at the outlets in Laredo so accommodating and friendly .
