1 /5 Rhonda Guerra: I was very excited to go to this store because they have a great variety of jewelry at affordable prices. However, the staff was very unwelcoming. Customer service does really make a difference and this place truly has the worst customer service of any place that I have been to. No one offered to help and when I asked a lady for help she stated that she wasn’t a worker who showed jewelry. Then the lady that does show jewelry didn’t really want to help. Honestly, I do NOT recommend this place.

1 /5 LMZ: I agree with Rhonda with the customer service, horrible. I standing looking for 10 min, even trying to see the bottom and not even bother to ask if I needed help. They only help their wholesalers, they even greet them with pleasure. I WONDER of they earn commission.

1 /5 P S: I came in today excited and they have the worst customer service ever .I understand they were helping a lady who had a large order but everyone needs to help? Then you ask them for help and the start speaking in their language .

5 /5 Aaliya De La Rosa: I love this store, I’ve brought so many jewelry and other items here, they last so long and they don’t get ugly, I always buy over $200 of items and they make me a deal. I love the store, the only place where I buy my jewelry, some can be pricey but it’s worth it
