    Nichole Knows: FYI it is now 5$ to add or change charms on a charm bracelet (free to add charm day of purchase) but all others brought in to add 5 BUCKS A POP! Like if James Avery isn’t expensive enough! I mean for one…there aren’t ever even any deals specials or coupons and now they’re charging to add charms or change locations, this really struck a nerve and not to mention when us as customers buy “ear hook” earrings ( they don’t come with backs) I would ask for these microscopic little pieces of clear plastic to secure my earrings so I don’t lose them as I’m wearing them, guess what?? They’re CHARGING for those too!!! How much could you possibly charge for these microscopic pieces of plastic?? I was so appalled I didn’t even ask!!
