After my son’s gold chain, which I originally purchased from this store in 2020, was stolen, I began the insurance claim process and quickly realized how much information I was missing from the original purchase. Dawn went above and beyond to help me; she tracked down the original receipt, provided additional details from the SKU that weren’t on the receipt, and even helped me find the closest possible replacement to what my son had stolen.
What really stood out was her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. Knowing I planned to come back during their upcoming sale to purchase the chain, she took the initiative to speak with the general manager and was able to honor the discount for me a day early, saving me another trip and helping me replace something very meaningful to my son.
