1 /5 erika connell: I took my ring in to have a diamond replaced and they said they were only charging me $50. Went to pick it up today and they said it’s $220. I told her no the manager who I dropped it off with told me she was only charging me the $50 for diamond replacement. She refused to work with me and when I asked for a manager she said I am the assistant manager. They need to do better starting with making notes in your account about what they tell people.

She was very detailed and thorough about what I was buying even helped clean the item I was purchasing prior to leaving the store.
