5 /5 Kimberly Turany: I had the best experience! I live in Tennessee and was visiting my parents. My rings have always been tight but this week my hand swelled after yard work. My finger was hurting so bad! I called the shop to see if they could cut my wedding rings off. They actually offered this service free of charge?!?! Even though I didn’t purchase my rings at the location. Who does that? The jeweler was able to remove my wedding rings so neatly that it will be easy for me to get them repaired! I cannot think these owners enough! While I was there, I got to marvel at all the beautiful pieces they had on display! I highly recommend this jewelry shop!

Joseph W. Guillory: These folks are the best jewelers around. I asked them if they could make me a custom fathers pinky ring and they hit it completely out the park. My wife, daughters and granddaughter just love the way it looks. Being able to show it off to others and the amazing response I get from people is just great. If anyone would like a custom made ring and are looking for someplace with high quality design, craftsmanship and the greatest customer experience please go to these people. If I could give them ten stars I would. 5 stars is just not enough for level of service they provide.

Cozy: Received a brand new charm bracelet as a gift with a charm already in place and brought it to this location with two new charms to be put on. They told me to come back in a few days to pick it up and it would be ready. When picking up the bracelet all the charms were scratched!!! The jeweler tried to say there was an existing charm already on and I had scratched it. The bracelet had never been worn! Do not come to this location and leave your items with them. They will get ruined!
