I was blown away by Kristine, Marie and Justin’s professionalism as well as warmth that made me feel like we are one big family! I returned several times for more custom settings and loved how they match the before and after images of the diamond inscriptions to make sure I have the correct diamonds. Needless to say I will go to Kay for all my future jewelry needs. Highly recommended to purchase from this store!!

My husband & I go in regularly to get our rings cleaned, occasionally adding a few more items to our collection. The staff is always friendly, helpful, conversational & knowledgeable. Kristine helped us today with a pleasant smile & speedy service. Raul has helped us in the past numerous of times, also very professional and friendly. Definitely my favorite store in the Denton Mall

1 /5 Preston Keltner: I went to Kay recently to look at engagement rings. I asked for some options to put the ring on credit. The lady who helped me out with the options DID NOT tell me that she signed me up for their credit card. And to be clear I never asked to be signed up. It ended up impacting my credit and I felt taken advantage of. I would not recommend this store at all.
