1 /5 Cozy: Received a brand new charm bracelet as a gift with a charm already in place and brought it to this location with two new charms to be put on. They told me to come back in a few days to pick it up and it would be ready. When picking up the bracelet all the charms were scratched!!! The jeweler tried to say there was an existing charm already on and I had scratched it. The bracelet had never been worn! Do not come to this location and leave your items with them. They will get ruined!

1 /5 Kelly Barrett: Tried ti order a charm online for my daughters birthday when checking out it said technical difficulties try again which I did and git the same message. I realized later that they had charged me 75.00 on both attempts but no order was placed. I called James Avery and they could gave cared less Saud you dont have a confirmation # so the charges will fall off. Well 10 dats later the charges posted to my account. Now I have to dispute them through my bank. Meantime I still havent been able to get my daughter anything fir her birthday cause Janes avery has my money. Quality has gone way down while their prices have gotten ridiculously high. I think Ill just get my daughter something else. Do not reccommend james avery

1 /5 Marisol Martinez: My second time to the Denton James Avery and Janet was so rude. She rolled her eyes at me and said well I want you to be realistic. I am new to charm bracelets and do not know all the options. If you come across this rude lady who fakes it to make it leave.
