    Cozy: Received a brand new charm bracelet as a gift with a charm already in place and brought it to this location with two new charms to be put on. They told me to come back in a few days to pick it up and it would be ready. When picking up the bracelet all the charms were scratched!!! The jeweler tried to say there was an existing charm already on and I had scratched it. The bracelet had never been worn! Do not come to this location and leave your items with them. They will get ruined!
