4 /5 noe muratalla: Jcp isnt usually my go to for shopping, but im surprised as to how reliable it is during emergency situations. I cant count how many times Ive had to make a quick run here to get some last minute outfits. Flannels, jeans, sweaters, etc.

5 /5 Racquel Thompson: Its ok JC Pennys is still pricey, which could be why theyre shutting down some stores. They do have good sales, though, when you catch them at the right time.
