1 /5 Rose Mart: I was traveling and had to stop in a a JCP and tried to use a $10 reward but the checkout clerk argued that I didn’t have a reward when in fact I did. JCP needs to train personnel better and certainly they should be trained not to argue with the customer!!

5 /5 High Tide: They always have deals, coupons and extra mark downs on your purchase. I can only imagine if I had an employee discount on top of the deals. The stuff would be practically free! Keep up the good work! Always thinking about the working people on a budget!

If you purchase ANY jewelry from JC PENNY’s MAKE SURE it fits, I sent my fiancé ring back to get resized on JUNE 20th it is now AUGUST 2nd and I have not received ANY SOUND WORDS about her ring and it’s time to pay the 2nd note on a ring I haven’t seen in over almost 2 MONTHS. And the woman in the Jewelry Department said it “SHOULD” ready NOT THIS WEEK of 8/02/22 but NEXT WEEK MAYBE!!! WtH what kind of Business is this??? Please Don’t make my Mistake!!!

3 /5 A. Mark Hawkins: Ive always liked shopping at JCPenney at the Almeda Mall, before it closed and relocated to this location in Pasadena. Its been a long time since I have visited this store on Fairmont Parkway. So Im not a follower of Penneys I suppose since I dont frequent here. The dress sock choices here are few and far between. Actually its dismal. I only bought one pair of boot socks on clearance for $3.99 and tax today. I came to buy several work dress socks. The problem is the only ones here are made in China and the sizes were medium (foot size) at 6-12. Not large enough and no sock sets in the only dress socks found on a endcap and their sock hangers werent available in 13 size. The sock manufacturers advertise on their packaging 8 - 13, however Penneys did not stock it and had too much inventory of the other smaller medium sizes 6 - 12. I do like those dress socks most Penneys use to carry, Bee Mine or Goodfellow & Co. But there weren’t any available here.

1 /5 karla Kay: Came here to take portraits and was very disappointed. Out of 30 photos only 4 were okay. Photos were blurry, out of focus, and half of the photos include the ground… why choose a backdrop if the photos contain so much of the ground. I wish I could get some type of partial refund. As this is my second time taking photos here and having an awful experience
