JCPenney - Rosenberg (TX)

5 /5 shabana khan: This JCPenney location is huge and has a great variety of items you can find almost everything you need in one place. I always plan to buy just one thing, but end up shopping for more because of the amazing selection and deals. The store is well-organized, and the overall shopping experience is always enjoyable!

4 /5 Tim Torlincasi: I was shocked to learn that there was still a JCPenny open and it was so close to my house. Went during Christmas and surprisingly it was clean and in order, not only that it had more then i expected, clothes, furniture, home goods and a hair salon. If all that wasnt enough... the staff was amazingly friendly. Worth the trip.

2 /5 G L: My wife and I were shopping on July 29, 2025 for kids clothing and possibly some items for myself. Cant give one or less stars as I like JCPenny, but this one occassion cannot go without a review. While shopping, I noticed some individuals, both male and female, watching us, as if we were thieves. First, on the kids section and then on the males. How do I know this? One lady was just walking and looking, not shopping as well as a male subject on the male clothing section. Every time we moved, we were followed, just like floor walkers on Wal-Mart.

3 /5 Sabgar: Nice store, but the womens clothing layout is confusing. It does not flow well. I was in a hurry to find something quickly and it was frustrating that I had to walk around because the clothing are in different areas.
