Coming up on Year 10, we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to upgrade my Wife’s ring as a symbol of how far we’ve come since 2015. We had a couple of ideas of what we (she) liked and styles. With consultation of Farzi we ended up finding the perfect Size & Style for her, forever. Farzi is very personable, relatable and above all knowledgeable in the Jared collections and she also helped us with some custom options in the setting and band.. Still waiting on the band to come in but we know 100% it’s perfect. She instilled that confidence with us & hope she gets plenty of business in the future. Thanks for making our experience so enjoyable!!!

We inquired about a wedding ring since my husband lost his and she was very helpful in helping us find exactly what we wanted even through all our indecisions. Jared has always been very good to us. Always friendly, always helpful. And no high pressure sales.

Cindy Hamilton: I am so impressed! I was in town briefly and noticed that the clasp on my precious cross necklace was not closing tightly. I looked up jewelry repair and saw this place was close to my hotel . I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from Marissa the store manager . I knew immediately that this lady was competent and accommodating. She looked and said she could replace the clasp and looked at my ring that was slightly bent and said that could be fixed too . She then offered to clean my jewelry at no charge. It was just as a feel good wonderful customer service gesture ! She told me to come back in an hour and she’d have them ready . I returned to shiny and impeccably repaired jewelry…I was thrilled . Marissa and her jeweler Tom are top notch professionals. It was a REFRESHING experience. Joy J: Very disappointing experience at this gold shop. The Iraqi lady working there was rude and disrespectful, especially toward my elderly mother. Instead of treating her with kindness, she mocked her while we were simply trying to buy with our own money. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, not mockery. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

Liz Lytton: I wish I could give 6 stars! I highly recommend Generation Jewelers, Danny and the entire team are incredible. If you’re on the fence about where to get your jewelry remade, do yourself a favor and check them out. I needed to have my engagement ring remade - it was too large and had a number of design and structural issues that made it really uncomfortable. We looked at a number of shops, but knew Danny was our guy once we met him. We signed off on the work same day, and picked up my completely remade ring less than 3 weeks later! Danny immediately understood what we wanted changed, talked us through design options, and addressed every issue perfectly when remaking the ring. The communication was straightforward and he kept us updated on progress. We even got to see the design mock up of the ring before they got started, which was something we hadn’t seen anywhere else (just another reason they’re the best). He created a more elegant and structurally sound ring that was significantly more comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did, and the service we got from every person we met at the store. Thank you again Danny! We’ll be back for wedding bands soon!

Sri Y: This Malabar store has Great collection. Bringing this much large varities to USA is really wonderful.Completely felt like shopping experience in India. We got 6 gold bangles set last year in their store and Kalpana helped very well. She showed all collection patiently during our shopping experience. So again we asked her as our shopping rep this year too and we had very pleasant time. We got gem stone necklace, gem stone bangles, gem stone earrings, gold hoops, gold daily wear jhumka and gold party wear jhumka. Designs are super awesome.
