1 /5 Laura Peterson: Customer service at this store is sub par at best. The associates are rude - if you want true James Avery service, save yourself the time and go to the location in the mall located in Dillards. The ladies in that location dont treat you as if youre a bother or as though youre wasting their time. I was purchasing 6 charms, 4 bracelets and and just had questions about the placement of one of my charms & the associate rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a question. I chose to leave it all there and go purchase it all at Dillards where Im not disrespected.
