    Alex Lupulescu: I must have walked by this stand a hundred times while inside HEB. It wasnt until recently that I needed some help resizing a bracelet (see before picture) I had just gotten as an anniversary present that I started looking for a small business jeweler in the area and came across the many 5 star reviews for Hiram. Much like everyone else, I had a fantastic experience. I texted Hiram, got a quote, and dropped off the bracelet that afternoon. It was ready the next evening. I couldnt even tell where it had been shortened. It was beautiful, fit perfectly, and retained its function, all for excellent pricing, turnaround time and customer service (the after looks just as beautiful, but fits perfectly with 6 links removed). Now I am thinking about all the other jewelry repairs/adjustments I never knew I needed! Thanks again for the excellent service and workmanship Hiram!

I brought two watches a Bulova and Movado and he did a poor cleaning on both and couldnt install new battery correctly in my Movado. Watch is working went elsewhere. Avoid this business.

    Miami M: It was my first time ever walking into a Kendra Scott boutique. First of, the store was very clean & smelt so good & I was immediately greeted by Erica while she was closing a sale with another customer. I walked in & was complimented by Christian & asked if I needed help. I was there for an event Erica & Dee were hosting. The way the ladies work so well as a team & the treatment I received at this location was immaculate! I do wish in the future, because there were so many selections to have bigger ring sizes in store instead of having to wait to order, but other then that I had a fabulous experience with the staff at this location. Great job! Thank you again Erica & Dee! I will be back.

They are horrible con artist Gave me $20 for my James Avery but said it’s worth $6 so how are you gonna make profit off my $6 worth James Avery that i paid $200 for? The 5 star reviews are clearly fake.
