    Heather Harris: Went on 7/15 at 2pm and doors were locked even though hours said 11-7. No signs saying otherwise. Had been calling since 130 with no answer. Called at 412 and lady answered. I’ve dealt with her before and she’s really not pleasant. Upset because my ring shipment back from repair is probably being delayed due to their lack of communication and customer service. Other than these instances, the gentleman has been really helpful and kind. He’s really the only one that’s customer focused

    Cheryl Collins: Pearland Jewelry repaired my grandmother’s wedding ring for me and did a beautiful job. The prongs were broken because of 70 years of wear and the ring is platinum. The coordinating band was made at a later time and was white gold, which was wearing off and needed dipped. Then I needed to increase it two sizes in order to wear on my right hand. All these repairs were done at a reasonable cost and in 4 days!! I am thrilled!

    Alex Lupulescu: I must have walked by this stand a hundred times while inside HEB. It wasnt until recently that I needed some help resizing a bracelet (see before picture) I had just gotten as an anniversary present that I started looking for a small business jeweler in the area and came across the many 5 star reviews for Hiram. Much like everyone else, I had a fantastic experience. I texted Hiram, got a quote, and dropped off the bracelet that afternoon. It was ready the next evening. I couldnt even tell where it had been shortened. It was beautiful, fit perfectly, and retained its function, all for excellent pricing, turnaround time and customer service (the after looks just as beautiful, but fits perfectly with 6 links removed). Now I am thinking about all the other jewelry repairs/adjustments I never knew I needed! Thanks again for the excellent service and workmanship Hiram!

    Alyssa Hashem: Happy with the service here! Came in to get a ring resized. Was quoted $200+ at another location in Pearland, and it would be days wait. I came in here and it was completed for less than 1/2 and done with within an hour!! So happy I Will bring more jewelry here to be fixed!

I brought two watches a Bulova and Movado and he did a poor cleaning on both and couldnt install new battery correctly in my Movado. Watch is working went elsewhere. Avoid this business.

    Miami M: It was my first time ever walking into a Kendra Scott boutique. First of, the store was very clean & smelt so good & I was immediately greeted by Erica while she was closing a sale with another customer. I walked in & was complimented by Christian & asked if I needed help. I was there for an event Erica & Dee were hosting. The way the ladies work so well as a team & the treatment I received at this location was immaculate! I do wish in the future, because there were so many selections to have bigger ring sizes in store instead of having to wait to order, but other then that I had a fabulous experience with the staff at this location. Great job! Thank you again Erica & Dee! I will be back.
