2 /5 veronica Mann: The two ladies working Sunday 9/7 were rude and seemed like they didn’t want to help or be there. She opened the door and I said “hello” and she literally said nothing just looked at me. Then the lady behind the counter didn’t want to help me at all- I went to replace a ring I lost, bought it and left. I love James Avery and would have bought a necklace as well, my husband and I were looking too however, the employees lack of give a crap, turned me off. Odd behavior for jewelry employees, I’ve never experienced that before. I won’t be returning to this location.
