2 /5 Pam Sears: I bought a gold charm bracelet from them Feb of 2024. In less than a year the links started coming apart. We took it in to be fixed, and they charged me $80. This was a $500 bracelet. Now there are 2 spots where it is coming apart. Also one of the charms lost 2 stones and bent. I only wore this when I went somewhere. No water no vigorous activity. Just regular dress up wear. Like shopping, coffee, holiday parties. There is absolutely zero reason this should be happening. It is not made of links as it appears to be. It is thin wire wrapped to look like chains. The thin wire is what’s coming apart. Definitely will not buy from nor recommend them to anyone.
