1 /5 ChibuzosWorld: I brought my wife’s rings here to be repaired, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. It felt like the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. The rings were missing some diamonds, so we brought them in for repairs. After picking them up, the diamonds fell out the very same day, and one of the rings was slightly bent. I returned to have them fix it again—and was charged for it. Then, I was told the rings were ready, but when I arrived, they weren’t. The manager offered no real help or solutions. On top of that, we had asked for the white gold ring to be dipped in yellow gold, and it’s back to white gold again. I’ll never be returning here. Extremely disappointing experience.

5 /5 Todd Rowley: I took a ring in to be resized and was given a very fair price so I left it with them. I picked it up a week later as promised and the ring fit perfectly. Work was awesome. I brought with me a watch that needed some links taken out as it was new and too big. Gentlemen said it would take about 20 mins, so I went to HEB to p/u some groceries. When I returned, work was complete and watch fit great. Pricing was good as much less than I was quoted on heating at another jewelry store. I will certainly go back for future needs.
