    Alicia Velasquez: Horrible customer service, Manager Jackie, Elizabeth and staff are very rude and just lazy. They never return calls or provide any assistance, nothing but excuses. Thankfully I havent needed much over the years but this place is a complete disgrace and disappointment. When I did need assistance or direction I had to go in person and was told I need to call the 1-800 number FOR EVERYTHING! They cant help they only write policies and then youre on your own

    Larissa Nieto: This company is a let down they are no help they keep sending my husband back and forth keep giving him the run around the lady Areli that helped my husband does not answer her phone calls because he needed more information on a payment that he made. Don’t waste your money here go to a better insurance company because when something happens she ignores calls and other employee just send you back and forth they are no help I wish I can give 0 stars !!!!! Very upsetting Update: I had to remove my bad review in order for her to give us a call back and possibly a refund of some of the money my husband paid now she’s ignoring calls AGIAN and no refund this place is ridiculous please don’t waste your money here because like I siad when something happens she will ignore you and give you the run around luckily we found another insurance with better communication and better payments!!!

    Shandrielle Williams: On May 22, 2023 10:13am. I recently visited your office to pay my car insurance, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the customer service I received. The young lady at the front desk did not greet me with a “good morning” or a smile—there was no warmth or acknowledgment at all. I handed her my information and card, and she processed the payment without saying thank you. While she did say “have a nice day” as I was leaving, the overall interaction felt cold and unprofessional. Good customer service goes a long way, and I believe a simple greeting and a little courtesy would have made a big difference. I hope this can be addressed so future visits are more pleasant.     AMG Motor Co.: I cant speak for her quotes to her customers but I can speak on the insurance verification part. I called 2-3 times a day on two different days **** at different times **** to verify coverage. She didnt even bother calling back. I had to drive to her in person with the title on hand so she could verify. Then she gave me the 800 number so I can call the insurance carrier themselves. She mentioned her customers call her directly to her phone because its just her by herself. In her defense, when I came in she was busy on the land line. Whether talking to someone for work or business, I dont know. She gets points for being a problem solver. I would argue Bettys Insurance on Commercial Ave. who is ran by a one lady is a lot more efficient and friendlier than her. Maybe her rates compensate for it.
