    AMG Motor Co.: I cant speak for her quotes to her customers but I can speak on the insurance verification part. I called 2-3 times a day on two different days **** at different times **** to verify coverage. She didnt even bother calling back. I had to drive to her in person with the title on hand so she could verify. Then she gave me the 800 number so I can call the insurance carrier themselves. She mentioned her customers call her directly to her phone because its just her by herself. In her defense, when I came in she was busy on the land line. Whether talking to someone for work or business, I dont know. She gets points for being a problem solver. I would argue Bettys Insurance on Commercial Ave. who is ran by a one lady is a lot more efficient and friendlier than her. Maybe her rates compensate for it.

    James Anderson: They are a ripp off and have different prices monthly. They then tell noone THEY are now close on Saturdays and you call Monday and they said oh we close Saturdays now and charge late fees. Happen to myself and 2 other people I know. Be careful with this company they crooks. By the way we are reporting them my aunt is an attorney for Bexar County Courthouse.
