The young lady at the front desk did not greet me with a “good morning” or a smile—there was no warmth or acknowledgment at all. I handed her my information and card, and she processed the payment without saying thank you. While she did say “have a nice day” as I was leaving, the overall interaction felt cold and unprofessional. Good customer service goes a long way, and I believe a simple greeting and a little courtesy would have made a big difference. I hope this can be addressed so future visits are more pleasant. AMG Motor Co.: I cant speak for her quotes to her customers but I can speak on the insurance verification part. I called 2-3 times a day on two different days **** at different times **** to verify coverage. She didnt even bother calling back. I had to drive to her in person with the title on hand so she could verify. Then she gave me the 800 number so I can call the insurance carrier themselves. She mentioned her customers call her directly to her phone because its just her by herself. In her defense, when I came in she was busy on the land line. Whether talking to someone for work or business, I dont know. She gets points for being a problem solver. I would argue Bettys Insurance on Commercial Ave. who is ran by a one lady is a lot more efficient and friendlier than her. Maybe her rates compensate for it.
