    Sergio Ibarra Prishker: A Life-Changing Experience at Fit Lab! their incredible 6-week challenge is just what I was looking for to jumpstart my fitness journey, and this program was the perfect catalyst for real, sustainable change. The workouts were tough but scalable, and the community atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The biggest factor in my success, however, was Coach Esai. His dedication, encouragement, and ability to push you past your limits were exactly what I needed. There were definitely moments I wanted to give up, but thanks to his guidance and belief in me, I stayed committed and saw the challenge through to the end. Completing the six weeks was one of the most rewarding things Ive ever done. Im not only seeing significant physical results, but the mental transformation has been even more profound. Ive built new, healthy habits that are now a core part of my lifestyle. However, I do have to mention my disappointment with the incentive guidelines for the challenge. I was thrilled to meet my body fat percentage goal, but was informed I was ineligible for the incentive because I didnt meet the pounds-lost quota. The contract states that meeting one or the other qualifies you. Having this not be honored feels misleading, especially since the verbal suggestion to "choose one" isnt what the written agreement specifies. While I am very happy with my personal results, I advise future participants to get absolute clarity on the incentive rules in writing. Fit Lab provides an amazing support system for real change, but the administrative side needs to be more transparent.

    Aaron Ramirez: This gym has a very good community, however the owners are petty and came up with broken "rules" that werent stated in the contract just because owner is insecure about a comment made on camera about him. Extremely unprofessional and pathetic business owners who included in a cleaning rule 6 months into contract that was never stated/updated amongst the members charging them 25 dollars if the weights were not picked up. The powerlifting community within this gym is something that is amazing ,however ran by a man child unable to accept criticism/judgement. My contract was in the end terminated due to breaking these "rules" ,however I will still post an honest review as if you are a powerlifter looking for specific equipment then going here might be a good idea just keep in mind who you are supporting as a business owner.

    Andrew Popan: Gym has all the necessities. Feel when I go it usually isnt over crowded. The staff is super friendly - Invania was super patient. This isnt "my home" golds and it was beyond my standards. Great gym

    Dr. Jay Herrera, DPT: I never heard of this place until my son was invited to his friend’s Birthday Party celebration held at Kiskeya Athletics. The facility is enormous. The staff were friendly and did an amazing job with the kids keeping them entertained and busy having fun! At first I was concerned about my son’s safety with the play environment but I was quickly put at ease. There is a variety of activities to enjoy. My son liked it so much he would like to return soon! Please see my images to learn more about the facility and what it has to offer. I give them an A+
