Although I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost a year, my boyfriend hasn’t — so Christina took the time to ensure he had proper form while lifting and during the WOD. Excellent facility with tons of space and equipment, and super friendly members. Hope to come back soon!

4 /5 Dennis Wetzler: Went once on a Thursday. They follow misfit or mayham schedule so it was a rest day. I want to try it but they dont have a time available thats convenient for me. I work 6-4 and would prefer to workout before work. Their earliest time is 5-6. Im to tired after work. Once my schedule at work changes I may become a regular. Place is very clean. The coach I met is very friendly.

Jonathon Tovar: I love coming to this gym for several reasonings but here are a few. 1. The facility is huge and the hours of operations is basically all day. You have the option to workout independently or join the class at the scheduled time. 2. The staff and coaches are amazing. Always keeping the facility clean and the coaches are very helpful. 3. The community. Rather if you want to find a couple of friends to hold each other accountable or if you want the friendly competition you can get that here. I personally enjoy the in house competitions that are hosted. If you are just starting your path to health and wellness dont feel intimidated. Check it out!
