    Andrew Popan: Gym has all the necessities. Feel when I go it usually isnt over crowded. The staff is super friendly - Invania was super patient. This isnt "my home" golds and it was beyond my standards. Great gym

    Dr. Jay Herrera, DPT: I never heard of this place until my son was invited to his friend’s Birthday Party celebration held at Kiskeya Athletics. The facility is enormous. The staff were friendly and did an amazing job with the kids keeping them entertained and busy having fun! At first I was concerned about my son’s safety with the play environment but I was quickly put at ease. There is a variety of activities to enjoy. My son liked it so much he would like to return soon! Please see my images to learn more about the facility and what it has to offer. I give them an A+

Working with my sons’ basketball team, STX Saints, they are equipping them with stretches and understanding of the body that will help prevent injury and increase longevity in their sport.     Shayne: Gold’s Gym Mission is truly one of the best gyms in the area. The people here are always welcoming and create such a positive environment every time I walk through the door. The personal trainers are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals — you can tell they know what they’re doing and care about their clients’ progress. The facility itself is kept very clean and well-maintained, which makes every workout that much better. Overall, an amazing place to train with an even better community. Highly recommend.
