1 /5 Michael Gonzalez: I recently went into Henry Freudenburg to renew my flood insurance which has gone up to about $3,000. I told the agent Irene to charge my debit card $2550 and I would pay the rest with a credit card but she put all of it on my debit removing an extra $497 from my checking account and was unable to fix it, but she assured me that it would be fixed the next day. It was not. Im still waiting and there is still almost $500 missing from my checking account. When my flood, homeowners and windstorm are up from renewal I will be going to a more competent agency and I suggest so should you.

I saved several thousand dollars AND even increased my insurance coverage on one of my biggest policies! Glad I FINALLY took the time to get an agent who would shop around for me AND save me big bucks! I definitely was treated like family!

I called for a Quote..Although it was close to closing time the attendant was very nice and explained that it would take longer than the time that she had to do the quote before she was closing... so therefore she wasn’t gonna be able to do it to...take my name and number she will call me back on Monday...Wow...very unprofessional..

Adam got my information. Apologized for the previous agents unprofessional conduct and promised he could definitely help. Adam then ghosted too. I guess it’s just how Goosehead operates. Do not hire anyone from Goosehead. Home insurance is serious business.
