    Barry Manley: This store usually does decent work. I have noticed crooked prongs and similar issues in the past, but they are always happy to fix their mistakes. This time, though, they way overstepped their bounds. I brought in an opal ring to be set and retipped, paid in advance, and instead of doing what they said or calling me to talk about any issues that came up, they set the stone deeper into the ring and cemented it into the ring extremely crooked, saying there was nothing they could do, not even offering a partial refund on the work. I am extremely unhappy with my most recent experience, and I will not come back again.

I also want to mention the gentleman who cleaned our gold chains—he did an amazing job and was so kind. Our chains looked brand new, and he made the experience even better with his helpful attitude. Overall, the staff here went above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for Nadine if you want someone who combines expertise with warmth!

    Daniel Valdez: The necklace I took in to have repaired broke from the same place they repaired it just a few days later. Ive never had jewelry repaired so I was new to the whole experience. It was a soder repair and you could definitely see where the repair had been done. Found another place on Lee Trevino that did a better job, at a lower price. $20 vs $15. Based on the other reviews Im sure they get some things right, but it just didnt happen with my experience. The staff was friendly.
