Daniel Valdez: The necklace I took in to have repaired broke from the same place they repaired it just a few days later. Ive never had jewelry repaired so I was new to the whole experience. It was a soder repair and you could definitely see where the repair had been done. Found another place on Lee Trevino that did a better job, at a lower price. $20 vs $15. Based on the other reviews Im sure they get some things right, but it just didnt happen with my experience. The staff was friendly.

They called me before the time frame of completion was done(finished early). They sent me a picture of product and went out of there way to ship it to me in Colorado. Wonderful team and staff. Everly Moussa: I received my 4th and 5th wedding rings from Jesus Ruiz at this store. I exchanged one of my rings for a more expensive one with a better-designed grip on the stones. I do not recommend the pear ring with small diamonds around it, as it is a hassle to repair every stone that falls. Larger diamonds are more practical.

Ada Kamille Rocha Santana Heath: I hate leaving bad reviews specially to a store that shows nothing but good ones. Unfortunately, I haven’t been having a good experience with this store. Last year in February, my husband purchased me 2 plated jewelry to gift me for my birthday. both combined was about around $260-$300 . Not even after a week, I came back to exchange them because I already had similar stuff to what he got me. They promised me that in a week my items would be at the store and they never arrived. I came back 3 times and I usually spoke to an older lady that’s was working there and apparently isn’t anymore. They have new staff. Also called, asked about it, they would ask for my number and not even call back. Last week, almost a month to complete a Year, I walked into the store again , explained the situation, the owner looked into the system and saw that they hadn’t even ordered them “11 months and 2 weeks to complete a year”. So she placed an order for the items that were exchanged, I informed her my ring size and she ordered the ring and earrings. Again, I asked for these items a year ago! The items came in, my husband went there to pick them up. She told him, that I would have to try the rings that she had ordered in two different sizes, which I did, but the earrings since they were clip on earrings, they kept on opening. Ended up exchanging the earrings to 2 pandora charms and still left with a “$1.57 credit store” about 2 hours later that I left the store, I get a call saying that I’m going to be charged for the ring. I had credit for the items I got and they still want to charge me again for something I already paid and only got it after 1 YEAR !!!! So not worth to continue this back and forth. I just want to be able to return all the items and get my money. I understand policies but this is the stores managements error. At this point, I really just want my money back and they are refusing to do so even though they were the ones in fault. Very disappointed.
