I live in rockport tx gave them my Rockport address only to find out when I went to make my next payment that it had gone from 864 to 1211 A MONTH bcuz they put a Houston address have been fighting with them for two months to correct address and get refunded for the different rates! It has been a shit show and frustrating! I sent proof of address wit pic of my id wit my Rockport address! My light bill ect and still nothing! Their rates are crazy! There should be multi vehicle discount as well! Geez it’s crazy
