1 /5 Charley Knight: Janet Traylor was my "court appointed" lawyer. be really careful with her for she does not want to get you free. she wants to get the pay for putting you behind bars. withholding evidence that could set you free. plus ellis county wont let you use the law library and keeps you in jail longer than you need to be. she showed up late to a court and had someone stand in that wouldnt let me talk to the judge or wait for her to get in to court to proceed. even her secretary quit on her because she refused to get the evidence videos to the court and prosecutor. be aware of this one. if it would let me i would give her zero stars.

5 /5 gloryvic100: I had never been in trouble before. Never even gotten a ticket. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and I was arrested. Janet Traylor was my court appointed attorney. She was patient, she answered my questions, which were many because I was worried. I was hit with a felony and two misdemeanors and she got all 3 of them dismissed. I dont have to check in every Monday anymore. Im just thankful that Im no longer a criminal. I want to say a big thank you to janet traylor who basically saved my livelihood and reputation. If you eeeevvvver need legal council contact Janet Traylor.

Steve Bolgiano: Mr. Jenkins is a very out standing man with impeccable character. He graduated from Baylor law school and I think served on the board of regents at Baylor University. My cousin also graduated from Baylor and he too, is a respected man in Ellis county. I have decided to post this review so anyone else in Ellis county that gets him as a court appointed attorney can read this. I can tell you without a doubt that he will NOT represent you and that he does exactly what the DA tells him to. All attorneys are officers of the court first, and represent their clients second. But in my opinion, he is an officer of the court and does exactly what the DA wants regardless of the best interest of his "client." I was prepared to pay the top of the scale as far as the fine goes ($4,000) spend some time in jail, and be done with my mistake in Ellis county. But on my court date, it was "crammed down my throat " that I would pay a $950 fine with 2 years probation. Like I told him the first day we met, I, Steve Bolgiano am not a candidate for probation, but here I am. So if my probation gets "violated," I wonder if he will represent me for free. I seriously doubt it. Good luck to you.

I interviewed several attorneys and Gregg was able to quickly understand my business corporate structure, business balance sheets, income statements, tax returns for 10 years and literally every document of relevance in our first 1 hour meeting. Gregg is extremely knowledgeable, intelligent and compassionate. Gregg has a really good team helping him move cases with a high level of precision. You are wasting your time and money if you don’t hire him! You can not go wrong with having him represent you!

Other attorneys in Waxahachie will tell you, “he has a reputation to drag cases out for years”… his peers do not have anything good to say!!! That speaks volumes. He is the example of why people “hate” attorneys. We suffered greatly from his 10 years of trickery and basically theft. RUN.. find someone else to represent you that has integrity!! We have gone over a week without any update after many emails and calls to Carrie. She never replies! When you do get a hold of her she says she will call you back by the end of the day with an update and of course she never does!! My client(the seller) has done business with them several times and even she has tried to contact her for an update and gets nothing! AVOID THIS TITLE COMPANY AT ALL COST!! They are terrible to deal with.
