Law Offices of Shani Flemins - Red Oak
Patricia Puente: I hired Shani Flemins as my lawyer for my divorce. She is very kind and listens to you. I went there not wanting anything from my ex husband, just the divorce. She went over and beyond to help me get from my ex what I was entitled to. Even though my divorce took 4 yrs, but not because she wasnt doing her job, it took long because my ex and his lawyer kept changing things around, court dates were changed several times on his end which made my divorce take longer. Every time I saw Shani she was there to listen to me. I had a tough divorce and most of the time I sat in her office upset and crying and every time she comforted me. Telling me everything was going to be ok. She was amazing as well as her assistant. She represented me and did an awesome job.

The Allen Firm, P.C. - Stephenville
    The Allen Firm, P.C.
Kelli Martin: I had a wonderful experience with this law firm. All of the staff were very friendly, kind and courteous. This comes from great leadership. Josh Allen is a kind, Christian man. Thus, his associates and other office staff are great! Also importantly, the staff were responsive both in responding to emails and phone calls. This firm does not make you feel like they dont have time for you. I felt very good about them and will definitely use them for future legal needs.
Stokes and Stokes Law Firm - Stephenville
Tiara Green: This is the best firm you can ask for to represent your legal matters in Erath county! They worked greatly with my case & were able to get me a really good deal. Cole and David walked me through my process and made sure to keep me updated on any changes. I definitely made the right choice going to them and would recommend them to anyone!
Law Offices of Brady L. Pendleton - Stephenville
Law Offices of Brady L. Pendleton
Bailey Groves: I’ve resisted posting this review for over a year, but I can’t shake the frustration of how poorly my case was handled. After winning a small claims case, the opposing party appealed and hired an attorney. Wanting to be prepared, I hired Brady and provided him with everything—organized records, photos, and documentation that had already won once before. It was clear early on that Brady was distracted and preoccupied. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get updates as court dates were postponed again and again. When we finally appeared in court, Brady opened by telling the judge he “had places to be by noon,” which set the tone for how rushed and careless he was. He never questioned the other party. He didn’t object a single time, even when it was necessary on several occasions. Most importantly, he failed to submit even one piece of the critical evidence I had provided—evidence that was absolutely essential to my case. It was a complete flop and, in my opinion, pure negligence. In the end, I represented myself better the first time around than Brady ever did with a law degree. Save yourself the money and disappointment—don’t use Brady.
