I have been in real estate for almost 8 years and have never had a title company be so unprofessional and unresponsive throughout a transaction. We have gone over a week without any update after many emails and calls to Carrie. She never replies! When you do get a hold of her she says she will call you back by the end of the day with an update and of course she never does!! My client(the seller) has done business with them several times and even she has tried to contact her for an update and gets nothing! AVOID THIS TITLE COMPANY AT ALL COST!! They are terrible to deal with.

    Patricia Puente: I hired Shani Flemins as my lawyer for my divorce. She is very kind and listens to you. I went there not wanting anything from my ex husband, just the divorce. She went over and beyond to help me get from my ex what I was entitled to. Even though my divorce took 4 yrs, but not because she wasnt doing her job, it took long because my ex and his lawyer kept changing things around, court dates were changed several times on his end which made my divorce take longer. Every time I saw Shani she was there to listen to me. I had a tough divorce and most of the time I sat in her office upset and crying and every time she comforted me.     Kelli Martin: I had a wonderful experience with this law firm. All of the staff were very friendly, kind and courteous. This comes from great leadership. Josh Allen is a kind, Christian man. Thus, his associates and other office staff are great! Also importantly, the staff were responsive both in responding to emails and phone calls. This firm does not make you feel like they dont have time for you. I felt very good about them and will definitely use them for future legal needs.
