    Doug Ferguson: This is actually Holly Ferguson. I have been taking private sessions with Melissa for over 2 years now. I was in pretty bad shape when I first walked into Twisted Bodies. I had posture issues, feet and balance issues and pretty much zero core. Melissa took the challenge seriously and got me straightened out! She started me out on the reformer, then moved to the Cadillac and now I am doing a lot of step/balance work, TRX and weight training. My posture has improved, my feet and balance are SO much better and most importantly I am stronger! I am turning 65 next month and feel this has been an investment in my overall health. I cant say enough about how grateful I am for this studio!

I had some issues with canceling to move locations, but the girls were so accommodating. After a hiccup with cancellation, Mary was able to swiftly get it resolved and was so kind! Great staff members!!!

    Sreejith VS: Pohl Recreation Center is a combination of Institute gym, wall climbing facility, volleyball courts, and swimming pool. A small auditorium is also there inside for small events. Second floor has an indoor running track, small weights for workouts, and treadmills. Gym on the first floor is equipped with variety of equipments for exercises. Dressing room has locker facility which you can rent for long time. Also, outside the dressing room, locker facilities are available daily basis. You can take 5 $ coupon per day for using the Center or opt for 22 $ coupon per month. Protein shakes are also available inside shop to buy separately.

We’ve committed to training once a week during the school year and twice a week in the summer. The results have been life-changing. It’s hard to believe he’s the same kid. I am still far away from my weight goal, but I have already had several people tell me I look thinner than before. I have so much fun in these classes and nobody bats an eye if I can’t do a certain routine, as long as I keep moving, I am still on my health journey. No judgement from these amazing ladies and community.

    daniel warnick: Like the other review said I had to wait, but it was worth it. I didnt want to interrupt class i went in on a Tuesday which is a day for higher belts than i am. Anyways once i did receive the attention needed, the ladies there were very helpful.i ended up going to judo on a Thursday and it was a blast. While as an adult you are in the same room as the children, and at one point in time you are working out right along side the same children. Later you are split up by age, adults and children. Way cool place come and see for yourself. Good atmosphere and good training for the money. Hope the info helps.

    Eddie Renz: I love coming to this Stretch Lab. The staff is so kind and top notch. I started going to improve my range of motion in my leg after a knee surgery and these stretches have really helped. I highly recommend this if you feel you could use a good stretch!
