    Selena Cisneros: Love the location! Great instructors each one has something to offer. Christopher will make you laugh and but you wont be laughing at how sore you are the next day. Jeremy always brings a challenge and modifications for beginners to advanced. Alizeh is calming and will stretch and relax you. Julie is great for technique. And Erica brings a variety of morning classes making you want to show up everyday. You cant go wrong if you dedicate your practice and are willing to try every type of class and instructor.

    Celia Jones: Accoustics were so bad you could think when other side were screaming. The concrete steps to bleachers were hard to go up and almost impossible to go down. Sun comes threw the the window at an angle that puts glare on floor to the point you need sunglasses to watch game.

    Joshua Clark: Peak gymnastics experience!! I participated in the adult tumbling class and loved my experience!! Kind and professional coaches and staff, always willing to help and guide. Ryan and Emilio are both so helpful and did a lot to enable me to accomplish my goals!! Ryan especially did an excellent job of walking me through effective drills to gain comfortability doing a backflip. After practicing those, he also did a great job to help me feel safe when practicing the flip into the foam pit. And of course, he did stellar work of helping me build confidence to try the flip on my own. Thanks to this team’s impeccable coaching, the pathway to success seems accessible to many. The name achievers certainly makes more sense, as that is what the coaches here will help turn you into, an achiever!

    Amanda Nichols: My daughter switched to DGA a little over a year and a half ago and I am incredibly impressed by the progress she has made. The gym is family owned and the coaches are highly experienced and knowledgeable, providing personalized guidance and support to each athlete. Their expertise has been instrumental in helping my daughter achieve her goals and improve her skills. The gym offers a structured environment that fosters discipline and growth. In the time she has been training here I have seen extreme progress in her skills, confidence as well as her meet scores and over all achievements. The girls are all very supportive of each other and it has been a very positive experience for her. This is her new gym family and I highly recommend this gym!

    Tracy Mattingly Kirk: Stopped by here to check the schedule. I’ve been to this teacher’s Zumba classes before and they were fast-paced, energetic, and fun. She’s creative and obviously loves the music. This studio’s at the old outlet mall and near the Jazz****** studio. Getting here still involves going to the end of the loop at the edge of town then maneuvering around the ramps, depending on which direction you’re coming from. Plenty of parking!

    REVATHY NAIR: This place is very clean and tidy. The gym offers wide range of equipment, all of them are well maintained and regularly cleaned. Its well equipped and motivating place to work out. Trainer julie is amazing, she is assisted me well.

    Matt Finney: An amazing gym. The staff is so nice, the equipment is really nice. This gym rocks. 10/10 would recommend!
    KO Boxing Of Denton - Denton
    Laura Harwell: My boys started attending KO boxing this month and have learned so much already. Everyone at the gym is helpful to the kids and they are focused on technique, hard work, and fundamentals; all while making sure the kids have fun and feel seen. The coaches give the kids individual attention within the class to work on any skills they may need to. We love KO Boxing and I cannot wait to see how much my boys grow in their boxing skills!

    Ameya Dighe: Be careful what you sign up for. They give you schemes to commit but cant keep their word. Have confirmation on text about the $25 off but when you ask for it in person, they go back on words. The workout is good but the manager needs to do a better job on communication. It seems a bit weird that they run promotion to get people interested but cant commit to their own rules for people to sign up. Anyways there are other good options nearby.
    Inspire Yoga - Denton - Denton
    Camille B: I started attending Inspire Yoga Denton with one of my friends a few years ago, and it quickly became an oasis of empowerment and release for me. Every class I attended was thoughtful, challenging, and informative, with wonderful cuing and alignment assistance. Unfortunately, Ive moved away from Denton, but I learned about one of the retreats they were hosting this year and decided to sign up. Best decision ever! The 2024 Inspire Yoga Soul Revival Retreat to Nosara, Costa Rica, was one of the most beautiful life experiences Ive had. Courtney Whistler, the owner of Inspire Yoga Denton, is a masterful trip coordinator. You could tell how much intention and time went into curating the retreats itinerary. I appreciated the balance of yoga with unique experiences and space for relaxation and reflection, as well. Im also so happy she brought back a previous Inspire teacher, Jennifer McElory, to lead our practice. Her expertise and creativity shine through every flow she leads. I truly felt cared for by the leadership here. All this to say, when another retreat opportunity comes up, DO IT. Its the reset your mind, body, and soul are craving.
