    Godwin Timothy (III Timothy): Had an appointment today that I had to cancel which was scheduled last Monday. The clerk had an attitude about scheduling me for Next Monday saying that she told me they only schedule 48 hours in advance, in which she never had told me. And insisted she made an exception for me because I scheduled with them on Thursday a day before Good Friday. I told her that we incorrect because we were about to schedule a week out. Looks like Customer Service is lacking in the Office of Ed Laughlin. Because only scheduling people up to 48 hours in advance sounds a bit fishy.

    Essportz: What an unbelievably STELLAR lawyer. PLEASE READ. We went through a years long legal battle involving my sons biological mother. (I find myself struggling to come up with the correct words to type in order to properly describe the difference Mr. Lane Heginbotham has made in our lives. Ill give it my best shot). Looking back on the journey, this man was exactly on point for every single phone call, email, and court appearance during our legal journey. I mean it, every time. As well put together as I tend to be in life, there were a few times I internally questioned things or even had fears or outcome doubts (especially considering the emotional circumstances surrounding my son with our particular case). Not only were all concerns discussed and addressed, but the final outcome resulted in the best possible ruling for my son and an amazing change to all our lives forever. The representation was flawless. In my opinion, there isnt a lawyer on earth that could have done better than what Lane did for us when our day in court came around. I believe with every fiber of my being that Mr.Heginbotham and his team were a god send. He and his team represented our familys absolute best interests at heart and helped tremendously in giving my son the opportunity to have a much better life!

    Brandi Priest: Substandard. Ive had very little contact with, meeting him for the first time in court after only 1 or 2 phone brief chats. I had to repeatedly ask for documentation and updates. explaining anything, asking any questions, confirming anything directly to me. I didnt receive documentation until a couple of days ago, at the end of my case! Billable hours were not shared with me either. I asked for research to be done on a couple of things with no results/reply! He either forgot or it wasnt worth he handsomely paid time. I received a few emails summarizing his interpretation of current status (which were wrong). I received more information directly from the Court than I did my own attorney. Keep looking for another attorney if youre looking for a subject matter expert who is being paid for that expertise and youre expecting them to be transparent working on your behalf. Hes fees are exorbitant compared to all of the other attorneys Ive dealt with. He ensures all of his fees are paid up front and initially compared to anything else being paid; too so be aware of that. Youre better off to do some research upfront so you can challenge and make demands of an attorney which really trumps the expense of hiring a subject matter expert.

    Clayton Cable: Im updating an old review. I have dealt with many family law attorneys now as my case continues to be renewed with modifications etc. Lynn and his wife Nita are hands down the best family law attorneys office I have used. I highly recommend them. They are excellent at answering questions, keeping you informed of the status of your case, and getting you into the court room if necessary. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I only wish I was still in the same county and could use their services again.

    Phelie: I hired him for a divorce case in 2018. He has failed to communicate with me throughout the time hired. I have made the effort of checking on the case myself. I have gone to the point of emailing him requesting to remove him from my case and received no response from him. They screen their calls so its very hard to reach them and when you attempt texting the attorney line you are being told not to. By far the worst when it comes on to customer service and being trustworthy they are in the business of taking your money.

    Calvin Crosby: I had a consult in January with Mrs. Wiley and her Office Manager Mary. The consult seemed to go well and I asked if I could have a couple weeks to speak with my family and get back with them. Once I tried to get back in touch I would leave voicemails and not get returned calls, when someone did answer the phone they stated that the attorney Mrs. Wiley is out of the office for a week or week and a half. I finally had to go up to the office since it had been roughly a month and half without hearing anything. When I got to the office it was the same story oh Mrs. Wiley is out of the office for a week and half well have to get back to you in a couple weeks that never happened so I called several times before getting someone on the phone and they didnt even know what was going on the paralegal was out of the office and Mrs. Wiley was in a meeting. The next day I finally got a call only to be told that Mrs. Wiley was not comfortable taking on my case. This was known weeks ago I dont understand why they wasted my time by giving me the run around instead of just letting me know they didnt want to take the case. This whole experience was unprofessional.
