1 /5 Godwin Timothy (III Timothy): Had an appointment today that I had to cancel which was scheduled last Monday. The clerk had an attitude about scheduling me for Next Monday saying that she told me they only schedule 48 hours in advance, in which she never had told me. And insisted she made an exception for me because I scheduled with them on Thursday a day before Good Friday. I told her that we incorrect because we were about to schedule a week out.
Looks like Customer Service is lacking in the Office of Ed Laughlin. Because only scheduling people up to 48 hours in advance sounds a bit fishy.
