Kelly Stark So I gave 2 stars only because the divorce got done, but really they probably deserve only one. I was really excited about this law firm the day I went up there to meet with them and see if they were a match. I have a protective order against my now ex husband for DV and I let them know that I had no idea where he was or how to contact him and I didn’t want to. I was told that it wasn’t going to be problem since I had filed most of the paperwork already and his contact information was filed with the court and it was on him to keep it updated. Fast forward to 2 days after I pay the retainer…. I get asked for his updated information and when I let the paralegal know that this was all discussed prior to taking me on as a client she responded by telling me that if I can’t get it then we will now have to change it to filing contested which will cost me a lot more money. WHO SENDS A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIM ON A HUNT FOR THEIR ABUSER???!!! Nevertheless, I get them the information and things proceed. I showed up for the court date even though they told me I didn’t have to, but my attorney didn’t (I’m sure they weren’t happy I went because now they can’t bill me for the attorneys court time). He called later to say he got busy with another case. I let him know I got all the paperwork I needed while I was up there and that they could go ahead and close the case. They have continued charging me here and there for random things even though my court date was 9 months ago and this should have been closed out and the remainder of my retainer returned as promised. They charge me $30 every time I email them to ask them why it’s still open, so I guess they are just hoping to find a way to bill it all so they don’t have to return any. There is no integrity in this firm. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Carlos Moreno Where to begin? I had heard about the law office of Brett H. Pritchard through radio advertisements. I never really gave much thought to needing their services. Until I did.
At the time I was about to go through a divorce. I didnt know where to start or what will happen. Even though I myself have guided my soldiers through the divorce process, while I was Active-Duty in the Army. I knew a little bit of what to expect, but not the whole process. I made my appointment by walking in and was immediately greeted by the young ladies at the intake window. They walked me through what would happen from that day on. In general terms only. Then, I filled out intake forms provided by the law firm. The ladies were very helpful and accommodating. Next, I sat down with a lawyer who walked me through every step of the divorce process. When I say every step, I mean every step. The lawyer I spoke with also answered all of my "what if" questions, was super patient, and actually asked me about myself. He definitely made it feel like I was his top priority. Im pretty sure this law firm has seen their share of divorce cases from Active-Duty, veteran, and retired personnel. Which was both a relief and kind of sad. But I digress. Every step of the way, everyone who worked with me kept me informed, and communicated everything that needed to be done, or what needed to happen. My particular case was an easy case, and everyone who worked with me made the process stress free and easy. I felt like I was very well taken care of by the law office of Brett H. Pritchard and would recommend them to anyone who needs legal assistance. Even when there was a hiccup that happened on the day of my court date, which was out of anyones control, the lawyers at this law firm maintained a high level of professionalism and fixed the problem immediately. Again, I highly recommend this law firm.
