1 /5 rocknroll heart: INEPT OFFICE. PERIOD. Made an appointment to see this Lawyer re a certain and precise claim. Was given an appointment time for the next week. Arrived 5 mins early. After waiting 10 mins, was told that "sorry we dont handle this type (of problem). Heres a phone number of (someone) in another city who does." THEN, they convey to me that theres a TIME LIMIT TO FILE. REALLY?!?! Your office makes an appointment for a VERY SPECIFIC problem and you waste my time, by making an appointment and then NOTHING!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if youre thinking of using this office, please be aware of this and the other complaints that Ive read against this office.

5 /5 Victoria Willits: My children loved her and had nothing but great things to say. Regardless of how we got here or how it ends Im glad that my babies are in good hands. I love them so much and I highly recommend Dori. Like I said my babies felt safe and in the end thats all that matters.

1 /5 Kristina Eikenberg: I paid to have an increase in child support done through the courts. She never returned my phone calls. I paid her back in July of LAST uear, he wasnt served any paperwork till March. We went to court in May and it was finalized. It is now July and I still dont have my court papers. Apparently, it is not finished due to having my ex sign the papers. What man is going to sign the papers? They ignore my calls and give me nothing but excuses.

Calvin Crosby: I had a consult in January with Mrs. Wiley and her Office Manager Mary. The consult seemed to go well and I asked if I could have a couple weeks to speak with my family and get back with them. Once I tried to get back in touch I would leave voicemails and not get returned calls, when someone did answer the phone they stated that the attorney Mrs. Wiley is out of the office for a week or week and a half. I finally had to go up to the office since it had been roughly a month and half without hearing anything. When I got to the office it was the same story oh Mrs. Wiley is out of the office for a week and half well have to get back to you in a couple weeks that never happened so I called several times before getting someone on the phone and they didnt even know what was going on the paralegal was out of the office and Mrs. Wiley was in a meeting. The next day I finally got a call only to be told that Mrs. Wiley was not comfortable taking on my case. This was known weeks ago I dont understand why they wasted my time by giving me the run around instead of just letting me know they didnt want to take the case. This whole experience was unprofessional.

Alisha: Unprofessionalism. No one contacted me prior to the appointment to confirm the time and date. They didnt provide the correct address. Once I got there the lady said my appointment was the day before but I have a recording stating it was rescheduled for the 22 because someone had to make a court appearance. I guess thats why it wasnt confirmed because they placed the wrong date on their end. Now I have to wait 30 days for another appointment. Completely ridiculous
