He was able to repair it and I was able to pick it up the next day. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be returning in the future with my jewelry repair needs!

5 /5 JJ Tarno: Excellent service. To put things in perspective, only went in to get a necklace chain that was broken repaired. It was a very inexpensive repair however they treated us like we were buying a $10,000 item. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The also cleaned the jewelry including the stone at no additional charge. The repair turned out amazing, would definitely recommend this place.

I brought in six pieces of jewelry that needed repair and the team was so kind and professional throughout the process. To my surprise, they only charged me for three items since the other three required only simple fixes. Their transparency and customer service really stood out. Ill definitely be coming back and extending their recommendation to friends and family!

Michelle Nelson: I cant even give a store. This is not a good place my husband took my ring in my engagement ring to have a wedding. Men added on to it in July of 2023 I just got it in January 2 days ago. They were supposed to bond my rings together. Will them together and they said bring it in at the beginning of the morning and Ill be done at end of day. It took 2 days later to get my wings back. I had jewelry store assessed my ring at $3600 and when I asked them for assessed for insurance purposes. And they added a ban in 2 small diamonds and its 2500 I kept telling my husband something is wrong with my diamond but nobody else do not use the store.
