5 /5 stevie chatellier: Had to have my wedding ring cut off that I’ve worn for 50 years. A nice gentleman was able to cut it off with no problem. He was able to keep it in one piece so that I may have it enlarged. They have beautiful jewelry selections there. Staff very friendly.

5 /5 Greg Hammonds: These guys set a high bar for retail jewelers. They have a great selection, competitive prices and their customer service is prompt, personal and accountable. A couple of years ago I bought a Luxman watch from Quenan’s. The rubber watch band recently cracked so I ordered a new one from Amazon. This particular watch band was a little tricky to install so I took it to Quenan’s and Ana installed it and refused to charge me. I don’t shop there often but every time I walk in the store I’m greeted with a friendly, can-do attitude. Five stars!

Their service is relatively quick and quite amazing. The jewelers have always been polite and quite helpful every time Ive been in the store. I would seriously recommend them to anyone. 5 /5 Sean Sedia: Eric at Quenans did an amazing job with my Engagement ring. I showed him a picture of a ring that I found ring shopping. They were able to custom make a ring with a larger and better quality diamond for $2,000 less than a big box store quoted me. Not only that, the jeweler was able to identify design flaws with the ring in the base photo and, with only slight modification, made corrections that will protect the diamond from damage. I highly recommend Quenan’s. They did an amazing job.
